It will be fun to participate in cooking classes dedicated to the manual skills of Apulian cuisine; together, equipped with tables and old tools once used in lieu of modern dies, we will teach you how to prepare homemade pasta, typical desserts and focaccias.

From the dough through processing and then cooking (even in an old wood oven) we will taste the fruit of the finished work together.

Masseria D’Erchia is a luxury private estate that can be rented by the week throughout the year. The Masseria can accommodate up to 20 people in 10 double rooms, in some rooms 1 or 2 beds can be added on request. The normal rental period is Saturday to Saturday, with a minimum booking of 7 days.
